Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom or made-to-order items may take up to 2 weeks to complete before shipping. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
We currently ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best available rate and delivery time. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us to see if we can accommodate international shipping.

Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages delayed due to the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your order is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number. We’ll do our best to assist, but we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Holiday & Busy Season Schedules
During peak seasons (such as Christmas and major holidays), please allow additional time for order processing and shipping due to high order volumes and carrier delays. We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure on-time delivery.
