Custom Order Process
To begin your custom order:
1. Pay the consulting fee.
2. Once payment is received, we’ll contact you to discuss your customization details (colors, themes, sizes, deadlines, etc.).
3. After the consultation, you’ll receive an invoice for the remaining balance.
✨ Please note:
- The consulting fee is applied toward your total order cost.
- Turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks from the date of final payment and design approval
- Balance will have to be paid before the shoe will be started!!!!
